"Swap che sa di casa"...in viaggio !

...settimane piene e stra piene...mi sembra di rincorrere un pò tutto in questo ultimo periodo!

Purtroppo non sono riuscita a ritagliare nemmeno uno spazietto x il blog ma mi impegno a recuperare presto !

Domandina : "ma qualcuna di voi, tra le tante, conoscesse mica una ricettina "segreta" x pozione magica stile Wonder Woman?" ;-)

Sabato 25 u.s. si è messo in viaggio il mio "Swap che sa di casa"...un bel viaggetto, che mi farei molto volentieri anche io !!!

What a very busy period !!! It seems to me to run after everything !

Unfortunately I had no time to update my blog but I hope to make up for lost time as soon as possible!

Last Saturday my sweet-smelling swap began its nice journey to ........, a beautiful town where it would be charming and interesting spending some days in these period...

Grandparents and Guardian Angels' Day

Oggi è una festa speciale…si celebra la festa dei Nonni, una festa giovane dal sapore antico.

La ricorrenza mi piace intenderla come un ulteriore momento di incontro e riconoscenza nei confronti di chi ha vegliato sui nostri passi come gli Angeli Custodi, celebrati dalla Chiesa proprio oggi.
Io ho un grande debole per i Nonni, sarà perchè li ho persi tutti da piccola...ammetto però, con grande gioia, di averne trovati tanti di adottivi nella mia vita!
Quindi, un abbraccio a tutti i Nonni, queste persone così uniche e speciali che con la loro dolcezza, con il loro grande Amore, la loro infinita pazienza e saggezza ci sono sempre vicini…anche se lontani…
Vista l’occasione, posto un cuore (eh si, un altro!) a punto croce che ho ricamato qualche tempo fa e al quale sono molto affezionata…un quadro preziosissimo per me che rappresenta i mie valori !

Che ne dite?
Vi auguro con un po’ anticipo un week end sorridente e sereno…siamo in partenza per una “scorribanda” oltralpe!

Today is a special Day…we celebrate Grandparents’Day and also the Roman Catholic feast day of Guardian Angels…a wonderful choice to link these two great figures together!!! I think it’s another opportunity to give thanks to all our Grandparents for the wonderful things they have done for us and to spend some more time with them.
I have a special weakness for Grandparents…so I wish to send a big hug to them, to these special and unique persons who with their sweetness, their great Love, their never ending patience and wisdom stand always by us…
On this occasion I post you a cross stitch heart, I embroidered some time ago…it’s a very precious picture for me, it represents my values.
